The once-off fee covers the full design, development, and launch of your website — including all the items listed in each package. It is a single, all-in price. There are no additional setup fees, licensing fees, or surprise costs beyond what is shown. The only additional cost is the monthly hosting and maintenance fee which begins from your site's go-live date.

Yes — once the build fee is paid, the website is yours. We host and maintain it on your behalf via the monthly fee. If you ever want to move your website to another host, we will provide you with all the files and database exports needed to do so. There is no lock-in beyond 30 days notice to cancel the hosting arrangement.

Delivery timelines start from the date we receive your content — your logo, images, copy, and any other materials we need. The biggest cause of delays is waiting for client content. For the Essential package, if we receive everything on day one, you can typically expect a draft within 10 working days. We will agree on a clear timeline during your onboarding meeting.

Professional copywriting is included in the Growth Website package. For the Essential package, we guide you through what we need and help you structure it — but the writing is yours. For the E-Commerce package, you supply product descriptions and we format and optimise them for search. If you need copywriting added to the Essential or E-Commerce packages, we can quote for it separately.

Shopify charges a monthly fee directly to you — starting at approximately R460/month for their Basic plan. This is paid by you directly to Shopify and covers your store's platform access, their hosting infrastructure, and transaction processing. Our R1,450/month maintenance fee is separate and covers our management, support, and maintenance work on your store. We recommend you pay Shopify directly so you always have full control of your account.

Yes. If you start on the Essential package and later want to add more pages, conversion tracking, or e-commerce functionality, we quote for the additional work at the time. Many clients start with the Essential package to establish their online presence quickly and upgrade as their business grows. We will always tell you upfront what the upgrade would cost before committing.

Yes. Redesigns and refreshes are quoted using the same packages as a guide. Depending on the complexity of your existing site — whether content can be reused, whether we are keeping the same platform, and how much restructuring is needed — the price may vary from a full new build.
