You can pause, restart, increase, decrease, or cancel your Google Ads at any time. Simply email or call your account manager to make any changes. We pause your ads within one business day of any cancellation notice. Your invoice is month-to-month and pro-rated for any pauses.

Our management fees start at R4,500 per month for the Starter Plan, which suits businesses spending R5,000–R10,000 per month on ads. For larger accounts, the Growth Plan starts at R8,500 per month. All fees are fixed — we never charge a percentage of your ad spend. Your ad budget goes directly to Google from your own account.
No — there are no long-term contracts at LeadArt Digital. We operate month-to-month and you have full flexibility to pause, restart, increase, decrease, or cancel your service at any time. Simply email or call your account manager and we will action any changes within one business day.
Yes, there is a one-time onboarding fee charged at signup. This covers your virtual onboarding meetings, account creation or linking, keyword research, all ad copywriting, conversion tracking setup, and your initial negative keyword list. The onboarding fee is clearly communicated before you sign up — ask us for the current rate during your discovery call.
All plans include expert setup, regular ongoing optimisation (bid management, negative keyword updates, A/B testing, search term reviews), daily monitoring, a landing page audit, and a monthly performance report delivered on the 2nd of every month. Growth tier and above clients also receive a live Looker Studio dashboard updated in real time.
Our onboarding involves three key meetings over approximately one week: a Virtual Onboarding Meeting (2–4 days after signup), an Initial Strategy Meeting (2 days later), and a Conversion Specialist Meeting (3 days after onboarding). Your campaigns are built and reviewed with you before going live — we do not turn ads on without your sign-off.
We pause your ads within one business day of your request. If you pause for an extended period, we simply delay the next invoice by the same number of weeks your ads were paused. You are never charged for a period when your ads are not running.
We apply assembly-line efficiencies to digital marketing. By streamlining our internal processes, focusing on proven strategies, and investing in continuous process improvement, we reduce our costs — and pass those savings directly to our clients. Yes. LeadArt Digital is based in Pretoria but we service businesses across South Africa and manage campaigns targeting any location in the country. All onboarding and ongoing communication is handled virtually — we have never needed a client to visit our offices to deliver results.
